Nakatani Shoko Co., Ltd. currently (as of April 2023) has 5 factories and 1 office in Kanagawa Prefecture as production factories for various parts.Our 5 factories are mainly engaged in injection molding of plastic products, mold manufacturing, and assembly of composite parts. We also have factories dedicated to high-precision processing of aluminum pipes and plating of various metal and non-metal parts. At our office, we also have a business department that handles general building materials and sells equipment for general housing,
In addition to the production process of various parts, as part of our sustainable business, we have established a track record of effective use of resources and reduction of waste by introducing a recycling process for donor cartridges, which are the main components of copiers. The SAN-ESU ENG (THAILAND) CO., LTD factory has been performing high-precision surface cutting of aluminum pipes for about 11 years since its operation. As with Nakatani Shoko Co., Ltd., in order to finish processing to submicron product accuracy, we have introduced high-precision processing machines and various precision measuring instruments from Japan to ensure dimensional accuracy, surface roughness accuracy, cylindricity, and roundness. We are fully committed to guaranteeing processing accuracy such as degree of precision. タイで最も苦労したこと :
・日本とタイ国内の生活習慣･慣習等の違いが有り､タイの方々は厳密にそれを守る事。
・工場内外含めコミュニケーションは概ねタイ語に限定される事。英語の通用する範囲は日本
同様と感じられる。
・There are differences in lifestyle and customs between Japan and Thailand, and Thai people
strictly follow them.
・Communication inside and outside the factory is generally limited to Thai.
I feel that the scope of English conversation is the same as in Japan.
タイで最も気を付けるべきこと :
・高品質製品を安定的に継続して生産する為、まず管理者に国内管理方法を周知徹底する事。
・作業者やオペレーターに対して業務を指導する場合､管理者及びリーダー層を経由して指導し､
直接指示はしない事。
・タイ国内の慣習(階層意識)等に影響されている「管理層のプライド」が明確に存在する為、
序列ルールや役割分担を順守する必要がある。
・In order to stably and continuously produce high-quality products, first of all, thoroughly
familiarize managers with domestic management methods.
・When instructing work to workers and operators,Guidance should be given through managers
and leaders, not direct instructions.
・Since there is a clear "management pride" that is influenced by Thai customs (hierarchical
awareness), etc., it is necessary to comply with ranking rules and division of roles.
